The migration process:

1) You should contact your existing ISP and ask them to provide you with a MAC (Migration Authority Code). This is used to authenticate the migration request from your current provider to us.

Stuck with an LLU provider? We're pleased to be able to accept LLU migration codes to move you back to standard Broadband Max with minimal downtime or fuss. Sadly these migrations are not free of charge, and have the standard installation fee (£49.98) applied, but please telephone us on 01328 853235 for a chat about what we can offer, or to place your order.

Please make your current ISP aware that you are migrating, and that you do not want your ADSL service cancelled until the migration is complete.

Please note the checkout will show a new installation fee which will automatically be adjusted once your telephone number has been validated.

2) Please telephone us on 01328 853235 where we will be pleased to take your order, and answer any questions, or if you prefer you can signup online.

3) Once we have processed your order you'll receive all the details you need to connect to our service via e-mail (or post if you prefer), and your migration should complete in 7 days time.

4) Continue to use your broadband service with your existing provider until the migration completes.
