The upgrade process:

To upgrade your ADSL connection please telephone us on 01328 853235 where we will be pleased to answer any questions, explain the upgrade procedure and assist in any way possible.
Your upgrade takes approximatly 7 days to complete, after which time as you use the connection over the following 10 day period, you should see the line speed increase and improve until the optimum line performance is found for your telephone line.
